The timeless interior design of the restaurant Platz will always make you feel cosy – by daytime it has nice limestone walls, by the evening they are bathed in warm candlelight. However, the focus is on what’s being offered – Platz will provide both a quick lunch and a formal dinner. The menu is simple, yet includes something for every taste. We use domestic fresh produce as much as possible, but also import components from distant lands due to menu demands. We have also worked on compiling and developing our wine list to provide a great place for simply sitting behind a wine glass for a great chat.
